JH-NP-80 INTEGRATED DRIVE BORRD FOR VAPOR RECOVERY PUMP

The integrated drive board for the vapor recovery pump is part of the control system for the oil and gas recovery pump in the secondary oil and gas recovery system. Its functions include:
-
Receiving flow pulse signals generated during refueling.
-
Adjusting the rotational speed of the vapor recovery pump based on the frequency of the pulse signals to maintain the gas-liquid ratio within a preset range, thus achieving closed-loop control of the gas-liquid ratio.
During normal operation under load, the working current of the motor does not exceed 3A.
If liquid enters the oil and gas recovery pump, causing abnormal operation, the main control board detects this through a signal and stops the motor to prevent overloading. After a 3-second pause, the motor restarts. If the overload condition persists due to liquid presence, the system shuts down and reports a fault.
The pump driver supplies power to the pump motor and collects real-time rotational speed pulse signals from the motor's encoder. These signals are fed back to the main control board, where they are compared with the input pulse signals. The driver then adjusts the motor speed to match the frequency of the input pulse signals from the main board.
The pump driver can process refueling pulse signals from up to two fuel nozzles. Due to the capacity limitation of the vacuum pump, the maximum supported gas extraction flow rate is 60L/min. If the required gas extraction volume calculated from the refueling pulse frequency exceeds this limit, the system will maintain a constant flow rate of 60L/min.
