Overview

The JH-1LDFB oil gun breakaway valve is a mechanism installed at the connection end of the delivery pipe and the fuel gun. It is used to automatically and quickly disconnect the fuel gun from the delivery pipeline (or equipment) in emergency situations, also known as an emergency disconnection device. Equipping the breakaway valve on the fueling pipeline, when the fueling pipe is broken, it can ensure that the oil does not leak, guarantee personal safety, reduce accident losses, and avoid environmental pollution. It is applicable to working scenarios such as gas stations with vapor recovery systems.
The design performance of this breakaway valve complies with Part 2 of the Explosion-proof Safety Technology for Fuel Gas Stations: Safety Requirements for the Structure and Performance of Safety Breakaway Valves for Fuel Dispensers. It has an exquisite appearance (with colored oxidation), a lightweight shape, and excellent electrical conductivity. The built-in pull-off clamp spring is made of strengthened 304 stainless steel, which can be installed and reused multiple times, effectively reducing procurement costs.

Precautions

During use, it is strictly prohibited to pull the hose (gun) forcefully or cause the hose to swing, to prevent the breakaway valve from being damaged due to instantaneous external impact and falling off;
Correctly select and match the rotary joint to avoid excessive torque on the breakaway valve;
Properly guide vehicles into the fuel island during fueling to avoid the fuel hose being suspended or tight due to long-distance fueling;
The standard length of the delivery pipe is 4.5 meters. It is strictly prohibited to illegally lengthen the delivery pipe, causing the self-weight of the pipe to exceed the bearing limit of the breakaway valve and leading to the breakaway valve falling off;
When the breakaway valve is pulled off, the relevant operators should immediately stop the fueling work and carefully check if relevant accessories are scattered (the O-rings at the inlet and outlet ports);
To reset and install the breakaway valve, it must be operated by relevant professionals who have received professional training.
