FM3 Tokheim Flow Meter
FM3 Tokheim Flow Meter——Precise Metering Core for Fuel Dispensers
The FM3 Tokheim Flow Meter, as a core accessory for fuel dispensers, provides accurate data support for refueling services of kerosene, diesel, gasoline, and mixed fuels with its stable metering performance and durable structure.
High-Precision Metering, Reliable Data: Relying on the collaborative mechanism of three pistons, which discharge 0.525 liters of oil per cycle, combined with a connecting rod limit structure, it achieves a metering accuracy of ±1.5% and a repeatability error of ≤0.1%. This ensures the stability and accuracy of fuel volume metering, meeting the precise metering needs of refueling scenarios.
Durable Structure, Wide Adaptability: Made of iron (Material: Iron), it balances strength and wear resistance to extend service life. It adapts to a flow range of 5-160L/min, can be integrated into various fuel dispenser systems, and is compatible with multiple fuel types, offering flexible application scenarios.
Convenient Operation & Maintenance, Safe and Stable: With a compact structure, it simplifies operation and maintenance processes, reducing daily maintenance costs. It operates safely and reliably with a novel appearance, meeting both the space requirements of equipment integration and combining practicality with aesthetics.
With a net weight of 23kg and a gross weight of 25kg, it is convenient for equipment transportation and installation integration. The FM3 Tokheim Flow Meter, with its core advantages of "precision, durability, and convenience", serves as an indispensable metering core for fuel dispensers, facilitating efficient and standardized refueling operations.

Working Principle
When the combination pump pumps oil into the flow meter, it drives three pistons to reciprocate. When the three pistons each complete one oil intake and discharge in sequence, a working cycle is completed, discharging 0.525 liters of oil, and the transmission shaft rotates twice. By counting the number of rotations of the transmission shaft, the volume of fuel flowing through the meter can be accurately calculated, providing direct data for refueling metering.
